    • Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.

    Exceptions to Returns:

    • For hygiene and health reasons, intimate items (such as underwear, swimwear, etc.) and perishable products (such as food or cosmetics) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

    • Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    Return Procedure:

    • Our customer service team will review your return request and provide you with return instructions.

    • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

    • Please send the returned item to the address provided by our customer service team.

    • Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days after return confirmation using the original payment method.

    Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at boutiquefusion@outlook.com.

    Size Exchange Request: If the size of the purchased product does not meet your requirements, please contact us within 7 days from the date of order receipt to request a size exchange.

    Size Change Procedure:

    • Shipping Costs for the New Item: Please note that the shipping costs for the replacement product must be covered by the customer. Details on the costs will be provided at the time of your exchange request.
